Childbirth Education Class at Northeastern Health
Classes provide information on birth process, coping techniques for labor pain, medical interventions, cesarean birth, tour of hospital and infant feeding choices, with a strong emphasis on breastfeeding.
This class is interactive so please wear clothing that you can stretch and move around in comfortably.
